Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. is a large shipbuilding and repairing company controlled by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC). The company relocated to Haixi Bay in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2004 to build a shipbuilding and repairing base in Qingdao West Bay. Shenyang Baotong Door Industry Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of its supporting gate project at the base shipbuilding area factory. The door adopts a flexible lifting gate with a width of 35 meters and a height of 12 meters; a width of 29.2 meters and a height of 16 meters, totaling 12 mm.

The gate is designed as a flexible lifting stacking door structure. The uppermost part is a load-bearing frame structure that is connected to the frame and grid on the gate.

Built for Helicopter Hangar Door Project at Beijing Shahe Airport

Beijing Shahe Airport is a national key Olympic supporting project and is the base of the special police air police detachment of Beijing Public Security Bureau. The helicopter hangar door project of this base has a width of 36 meters and a height of 5.8 meters, and adopts a flexible lifting gate.

Erzhong Group (Zhenjiang) Heavy Equipment Factory Co., Ltd. set up its major technical equipment out of Haikou base in Zhentu Dantu Economic Development Zone, which is the largest loading and lifting terminal on the Yangtze River. The gate is designed as three flexible lifting gate structures according to the size of the opening, and two swing arms are set in the middle. The size of the gate is 28 meters wide at the lower part, 36.5 meters wide at the upper part, and the door opening height is 36.5 meters.

In 2007, Shenyang Baotong Door Industry Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of the hangar door of the famous J-10 aircraft. The door is 82.8 meters wide and 9 meters high, and is in the form of a stacked hangar door. In this project, Baotong professionally developed and adopted the overall lifting arm technology, which successfully solved the technical problem of the large span of the door body, while effectively reducing the weight of the door body structure and improving the wind pressure resistance of the door body.

Built for Fujian Haoshi Weima Steel Products Factory

In 2005, the largest production base of Fujian steel giant Huisman Group officially settled in Zhangzhou. The production base will produce and transport various large-scale steel making equipment for customers in Asia and the world's marine and land industries. In the same year, Shenyang Baotong Door Industry Co., Ltd. undertook a series of large-scale industrial lifting door projects in the project of the base. Among them, 4 reed doors used flexible lifting gates. The dimensions of the doors were 23.7 meters wide, 10 meters high, and 22.6 meters wide Meters, 13.5 meters high. According to the actual production conditions of Huisman Weimar Group, Baotong Doors applied the lifting arm technology in this project, which effectively solved the restriction of door lift by large equipment such as cranes.
