The size of the casement door of the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center is 6 × 6m, and the size of the sliding door of the exhibition is 8 × 6m. Due to the extra-large casement door, sliding door body of the Convention and Exhibition Center, the door body is super wide and super high, and the weight of the door body is overweight. To this end, our company specifically targeted the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center project. After several field surveys and investigations, repeated communication with the Design Institute and Party A, we specially designed and refined the ultra-large sliding door and sliding door of the project in the following aspects.

1.Deformation control of the door body, calculation and selection of door body structure

2. The structure has high processing precision, carefully selected high-quality accessories

3.Consider transportation and lifting when designing (large size, road transportation needs attention, finished product protection of gate loading and unloading trucks and setting of transportation lifting points)

4. Do as much work as possible in the factory (structural production, hardware installation, exterior aluminum installation)

5. High installation accuracy required
