　　This compilation meeting specially invited Professor Zhou Liwei of the China National Building Materials Industry Standardization Technical Committee to elaborate on the requirements for the preparation of industry standards, and gave a high evaluation to the possibility that Party A users and design units can directly participate in the preparation of industry standards. At the same time, it is emphasized again that industry standards are government-led standards, and only social groups without decoupling can declare industry standards. The state will give preferential policies to enterprises participating in industry standards in financial subsidies, high-tech enterprise declarations, and enterprise upgrades as an indispensable bonus.
